Let me please introduce myself. I am Nancy Ganguli. I laughingly proclaim to be still a Californian, but misplaced in various spots in midwestern US for the past few decades and still adjusting! I’ve lived in Springfield, IL, for the last five years. Married 43 years to a Bengali from Kolkata, India, I was widowed in 2005. We have two grown daughters, Shonti of Spokane, WA, and Priya of Santa Cruz, CA.
I am an RN by profession. I love weaving together sounds, meanings and images into the tapestry we call a poem. I love music, chess and Scrabble and open doors, do not like compartmentalized thinking and feeling. I love flowing movement amidst diversity. I feel so fortunate now to have tumbled across CSInternational. I embrace its principles, cherish its welcome. The experience feels like a coming home again, but to a new land in a different realm.
