In his own words, "Born in Sylhet, raised in Delhi, spent my early adulthood in Canada, now living in the Philippines, I am still seeking where home really is. Perhaps, as for many of us, it is nowhere and everywhere. I have worked in Asia for the past two decades on issues of poverty and development, am excited at the progress I have seen first hand on that continent, am dismayed at the poverty and inequality which still remain but feel optimistic that our children will see less of both in their lifetime."
